What we do with
your information.

The short version: we ask for your name and number so we can call you back about your vehicle. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.

When you fill in a form

The callback and booking forms ask for your name and phone number. Email, vehicle, and a note about what the car is doing are optional. When you send it, the message is emailed to the shop and saved on this website’s own server, together with the date and the IP address it came from. It is kept until the shop no longer needs it for the work, then it is deleted.

When you are only reading

Each page view is written down on this server: the page, the date and time, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent line, the language you are reading in, and the site you arrived from if there was one. No JavaScript, no cookies and no outside service is involved — it is the same note any web server makes. Those rows are deleted automatically after 180 days.

Cookies

One, and only if you use the language switcher: it remembers whether you want English, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ or हिन्दी. It holds nothing else about you. Shop staff signing in to the back office get an ordinary session cookie, which is never set for visitors.

The map on the contact page

The contact page shows Street View beside our own photograph of the shop. That panel comes from Google. If you load or move it, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies — that part is covered by Google’s privacy policy, not this one. Everything else here, typefaces included, is served from this server.

Who can see it

The shop, and SD Tech Solutions, who build and look after the website. Nobody else. Your details are never sold, rented, or handed to a marketing service.

Asking for a copy, or asking us to delete it

Call (604) 852-6276 or send a message from the contact page and ask. We will tell you what we hold, send you a copy, or delete it — whichever you want. British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act gives you the right to ask, and you do not need to give a reason.
