End-to-end scope — from the email on your phone to the point of sale at the counter, and the wireless bridge on the roof in between.

Email
Email that works. Microsoft 365 set up properly — mailboxes, shared calendars, and the sending records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) done right so your messages land — with staff moved over from the old provider, history intact.
Website
Websites you own outright. Hand-built and fast, hosted on hardened infrastructure with TLS, backups, and monitoring — the code is yours, and you can take it anywhere. Usually the first thing I build, and the base the web apps and portals sit on.
Servers & files
A file server people trust. Shared storage with permissions that match who should see what — on a server in your office, in SharePoint and OneDrive, or both — plus the server the office runs on, and a plan for the old box someone else set up.
Network
Network engineering, not guesswork. Wi-Fi design and surveys, point-to-point wireless links between buildings and yards, VLAN segmentation, firewalls, and site-to-site VPN (WireGuard / IPsec).
Accounts & sign-in
One login per person that works on every computer, in email and in the cloud. New staff set up properly, a leaver switched off in one place the day they go, two-step sign-in on everything, and the admin login somebody still uses for day-to-day email replaced with a proper one. Built on Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID — including cleaning up the one you inherited.
Backup
Backup that restores. Versioned, off-site, encrypted — and actually tested. A backup nobody has restored from is a rumour, not a backup.
Business systems
Point of sale, inventory, quoting, invoicing, CRM and ERP. Off-the-shelf where it fits, custom where it doesn't — plus the admin portals and dashboards on top, wired to your real data and hosted on infrastructure you own.
Cloud
Azure & AWS where they earn their keep. Intranets, file services, virtual machines, hybrid setups that keep sensitive workloads on-prem — with honest advice about what shouldn't move to the cloud at all.

Built like it has to last

  1. Design on paper first Addressing plans, VLAN maps, identity design, and cutover steps written down before anything is racked — you keep the documentation.
  2. Stage, then cut over New networks and servers are built alongside the old, tested, then swapped in a planned window — not a weekend of hope.
  3. Hand over or retain Everything is documented and reproducible. Your team can run it, or I keep it monitored and patched under a light retainer.

An independent auto shop, built for a bilingual customer base. The whole site — not a widget — switches between English, Punjabi and Hindi server-side, with the scripts self-hosted so it renders identically on any device.
